At Los Tres Party Rentals, we strive to make your event stress-free with on-time delivery and smooth pickup of all rentals. Please review our policy below before booking:
Delivery Policy
• Standard Delivery: We deliver on the day of your event, within a pre-arranged time window.
• Early Delivery Requests: If you request delivery the day before your event at a specific time, an additional fee may apply.
• Delivery Access: Please ensure we have clear access to your event space. If we’re unable to deliver due to blocked access or no one being present, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Pickup Policy
• Standard Pickup: All items will be picked up the day after your event.
• Same-Day Pickup (After 5 PM): If you need same-day pickup after 5 PM, there is a $50 fee. This must be arranged in advance.
• Pickup Notification: For same-day pickups, please notify us at the time of booking — either by phone, message, or in the notes at checkout.
• Delayed Pickup (Customer Delay): If pickup is delayed due to customer unavailability or access issues, a $25 per day fee may apply.
• Uncooperative Pickup: If a customer is not responsive during the arranged pickup window, pickup may be rescheduled for the following day. Additional delays can incur fees.
Cancellation Policy
• Customers are eligible to receive a full refund if they cancel within 3 days after booking. (Not eligible if booking occurs during the same week as the event.)
• Cancellations made after that period will receive store credit. If the customer prefers not to receive store credit, they may be eligible for up to a 70% refund of the total amount.
• This refund policy applies only to full payments. Deposits are non-refundable if an event is canceled.
• If an order is canceled due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, the customer is eligible to receive full store credit to apply toward a future rental.
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before delivery) are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• If you agree to an early delivery but are not present at the scheduled time, we may need to cancel the order to avoid impacting other deliveries.
